Reservations and Rentals

All applications are tentative until formally approved by designated Town department(s).

 

How to Make a Reservation 

1. Check the calendar below for availability

2. Reservation Application (see each location for the packet). Submit packet via email to Reservations@bethany-ct.com or mail to: 40 Peck Road, Bethany, CT.

3. Coverage of Insurance for each event GatherGuard Insurance Coverage

3. A $50.00 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.  Webster Online Payment

4.  Temporary Food Permit-If Preparing Food QVHD Temporary Food License

5.  Liability Waiver-for all field usage Liability Waiver for Fields

6.  At least 10 days before the event, submit the final payment and provide the certificate of insurance (COI).


AIRPORT RESERVATIONS (719 Amity Road):

The airport property includes two large recreational fields and two horse rings.

CENTER STATION (460 Amity Road):

Holds approximately 40-48 people.  Has one small kitchenette and one ADA bathroom.
Event Length:  Four (4) hours, including set up and clean up.

TOWN HALL GYMNASIUM (40 Peck Road):

Includes a stage, floor space, and full-size kitchen
Event Length:  Four (4) hours, including set up and clean up.

There are no alcoholic beverages permitted at this venue.
