The Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. This will be an opportunity to vote for First Selectman, Selectman, Town Clerk, Town Treasurer, Tax Collector, Board of Finance, Board of Education, Board of Assessment Appeals, Planning & Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals and Regional Board of Education. Polls will be open for in-person voting 6:00 am to 8:00 pm at the Bethany Town Hall gym, 40 Peck Road. Absentee Ballots are available at the Town Clerk's office or can be requested online at the link below. Completed applications and ballots can be submitted to the Town Clerk's office by mail, in person or by depositing in the dropbox next to the flagpole at Town Hall, 40 Peck Road.

VOTER REGISTRATION SESSIONS
The Bethany Registrars of Voters announce the following dates for voter registration sessions to be held at Town Hall, as required by Connecticut General Statutes, for the November 7, 2023, Municipal Election.
Tuesday, October 31, 2023, 9am to 8pm Special Voter Registration Session: Last regular in-person registration session.
Online registration closes 11:59pm. All mail-in voter registration applications must be received or postmarked by October 31, 2023.
Monday, November 6, 2023, 9am to 5pm Limited registration session for voters whose qualifications changed as to age, citizenship, or residence since October 31, 2023.
The date is also the limited registration session for physically disabled voters, servicemen, and persons out of the country.
Tuesday, November 7, 2023, 6am to 8pm Polls open.
