Tree Warden

The town tree warden is responsible for the care and control of all trees and shrubs along public roads and grounds within the Town of Bethany, and enforces laws for the preservation of trees, shrubs and roadside beauty.  The tree warden is also responsible for the removal or pruning of any tree or shrub that affects public safety.
