Town Treasurer

The town treasurer is responsible for:

• Reconciling and auditing all Town bank accounts;

• Management and funding of all payroll and vendor warrants;

• Borrowing funds as voted by Town meeting for Capital Projects;

• Investing town general funds and trust funds;

• Maintaining records of Performance Bond accounts;

• Maintaining schedules for long-term and short-term debt obligations;

• Preparing monthly and quarterly cash reconciliations.
