International, Inc.. Anthony Cafiero is an accomplished
pianist heralding to Connecticut ’s shoreline from the New
York City area in 1987. Mr. Cafiero’s musical versatility
allows for him to exercise his musical talents across a
large range of formats and styles and have afforded him the
opportunity to play with some of the best of bands and area
musicians in Connecticut . Additionally, Mr. Cafiero enjoys
singing jazz and popular “standards” when soloing for
private parties, cocktail hours, retirement communities, and
for upscale restaurants and bistros. Employing a modified
piano style and technique made popular by Fat’s Waller
called “stride piano”, patrons often comment on the
uniqueness of the sound as well as the smooth marriage of
songs from a bygone era to this type of playing. Mr. Cafiero
is also busy working as a piano and Hammond organ “sideman”
for many popular area bands including but not limited to the
"Anthony Cafiero Band", “West of Yesterday”, the “To Dye
For band”, “Whiskey River”, the “Bart Bryant Band” “Garry
and the Moodswingers” and the “Elm City Blues Project”.
