The bus tour was such a popular event that
extra busses were added to accommodate all of the reservations. The event was
organized by the Bethany Historical Society, and the bus route was designed by
Will Brinton with his dad, Town Historian Bob Brinton, Sr. Between the
two of them, they managed to trim the route down to an hour and 45 minutes of
Bethany's most interesting sites. Bus tours were directed by Will
Brinton, Timer Downs and Dave Forman with their respective co-pilots Kim
McClure, Carol Cangiano and Carol Goldberg.
